Bulgaria – Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment – „Основен и текущ ремонт и профилактика на МПС, включително доставка на резервни части и аксесоари по заявка на Възложителя за срок от 24 месеца за нуждите на ТП „ДГС Карнобат““

The subject of the public procurement is the "supply of deliveries", in the sense of Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), and the secondary subject is the "performance of services... carried out through purchase..." under Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the ZOP. The present public procurement falls under the hypotheses of mixed public procurements, according to Article 11, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the ZOP, including more than one object – services and supplies, but is awarded as a service, in accordance with the provisions of the legislator in Article 11, Paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act. The public procurement is performable under the conditions described in the participation conditions and includes the following activities:

• Comprehensive diagnosis of motor vehicles (MVs);

• Performance of technical maintenance services for vehicles, which includes: major and minor repairs of vehicles managed by TP DGS Karnobat, full-service and periodic maintenance of vehicles, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions for the respective MV brand, prevention, diagnostics, bodywork and painting activities;

• Technical maintenance and repair of the engine, clutch, gearbox, manual brake, drive shaft;

• Technical maintenance and repair of the front axle, steering, rear axle, brake system, vehicle suspension;

• Technical maintenance and repair of the vehicle's electrical system, fuel system and air conditioning system;

• Technical maintenance and repair of the vehicle's running gear and adjustment of the front axle;

• Delivery and installation of spare parts, accessories, automotive consumables and lubricants for MVs at prices according to the Contractor's price offer, without any surcharge, with the delivered spare parts and accessories being factory new and original for the respective MV brand and model and meeting the quality requirements in the Republic of Bulgaria.

The Contractor is obliged to ensure free repatriation (transport) of the damaged MV to the service base, when the damage has occurred within the city of Karnobat or within a radius of up to 30 km from the administrative borders of the city. For repatriation outside this scope, the Contractor applies a fixed price per kilometre, which is indicated in its Price Proposal.
