Netherlands – Construction work for school buildings – Realisatie Ver-nieuwbouw Herman Gorter School

Zaan Primair wishes to select a contractor for the project ‘Renovation and Extension of Herman Gorter School’ through the present procedure. The technical design and specifications are currently being worked on for this project. The contract concerns the integral realisation of the renovation and extension, consisting of the renovation of the existing school building, partial demolition and replacement new construction, including a deepened gymnasium and expansion of the educational programme. The project includes both the technical design and execution as well as structural and technical works and site and finishing works. The client and users are looking for a contractor who is able to realise a future-proof, sustainable and energy-neutral educational building within a complex, urban and technically challenging context, fitting within the existing environment and with an eye for both renovation and new construction integration. 970 m2 BVO renovation, 540 m2 demolition, 1,790 m2 New construction (2,760 m2 total)
