France – Earthmoving work – Etudes d’exécution & travaux de construction d’aires de montage en vue des travaux de remplacements d’ADV sur la LGV A en 2029/2030 (PRS n°41, 44 et 17)

Administrative procedures / Studies: - Preparation of the water law file - Preparation of the environmental file (Four-season diagnosis; environmental diagnosis of fauna and flora) - Land solutions (Purchase / Temporary Occupation Agreement) - Deforestation permit - Work, passage, permits, notification of neighbours, … - Data acquisition (soil data and topographical surveys) Preparation of plans (plan views and cross-sections) according to input data (location of areas). Supply of a deliverable of type APO according to the specifications provided by DTII - Methodology implemented and characteristics of materials used (reuse/new, origin, quality). Works (operations for creating assembly areas, accessibility and safety operations within the premises and restoration operations): - Site security (supply and installation of HERAS fencing with earthing) - Clearing and tree felling - Supply and installation of LGV-type fences and gates - Earthworks (excavation, backfilling, structure of railway platforms, including supply of necessary materials) up to the altitude of the existing railway platform (track) - Roadworks: reinforcement or creation of access allowing the circulation of heavy goods vehicles and lifting equipment. - Carrying out drainage works (creation or culverting of ditches), - Removal / installation of LGV-type fences and gates - Carrying out the securing of cable ducts - Creation of ramps for putting Lorry Auto Moteur into service - Possible removal of fences and platform at the end of the project - Evacuation of excess or unsuitable materials at the end of the project. - Reshaping of tracks and turning areas. - Securing of stairs via concreting of hollow steps, compliance of railings. - Securing of the assembly area and accesses (GS4, guardrails, grates, etc.). - Restoration of land at the end of works in case of temporary occupation of land.
