Description

The subject of the contract is the repair of a county road (formerly a voivodeship road no. 366) and engineering structures in km 0+000 ÷ km 3+974 and in km 7+505 ÷ km 24+176 with a total length of 19 505 m (excluding the section: km 13+500 ÷ km 14+640). 2. Due to the varying degree of degradation of the surface and the parameters of the existing road, the following scope of work has been planned – in the order of their execution in the years: 2026-2029: 1) PHASE I – in km 10+640 ÷ 12+010 ul. Topolowa (Marczyce) – with the exclusion of the scope completed in 2025 as part of a separate task; 2) PHASE II – in km 14+640 ÷ 16+100 through Sosnówka, Miłków; 3) PHASE III – in km 7+505 ÷ 8+955 through Zachełmie and Podgórzyn (to the roundabout); 4) PHASE IV – in km 16+100 ÷ 17+803 through Miłków (to the roundabout); 5) PHASE Vm (bridge works) – in km 17+836, 17+863 Miłków (bridges over the Łomnica stream); 6) PHASE Vd (road works) – in km 17+910 ÷ 18+311 through Miłków (from the bridge structures); 7) PHASE VI – in km 12+010 ÷ 13+420 through Sosnówka; 8) PHASE VII – in km 18+311 ÷ 19+461 through Ścięgny; 9) PHASE VIII – in km 19+461 ÷ 24+184 through Ścięgny, Kowary; 10) PHASE IX – in km 8+955 ÷ 10+640 through Podgórzyn (from the roundabout); 11) PHASE X – in km 0+000 ÷ 3+974 through Piechowice. 3. The contractor is obliged to implement the phases agreed with the Contracting Authority in parallel, to meet the contract completion deadline (as mentioned in Section 1 of Part VI of the Specifications for the Terms of the Contract), without causing collisions with other road investments being implemented – in connection with the introduction of detours in road traffic. 4. The Contracting Authority requires that the first phase of the implementation of the subject of the contract be PHASE III, as mentioned in Section 2, point 3. In order to maintain traffic flow and avoid communication paralysis in the area of PHASE III works, as mentioned in Section 2, point 3, the Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractor implement PHASE III simultaneously with the implementation of PHASE II, as mentioned in Section 2, point 2. 5. It is not allowed to implement two or more phases in parallel, if it would disrupt the smooth flow of traffic in the area of the works, in particular, it is not allowed to implement PHASE II, as mentioned in Section 2, point 2, in parallel with PHASE IV, as mentioned in Section 2, point 4. 6. It is allowed to start the next phase of the works before the completion and acceptance of another (previously started) phase – with the proviso that the previously started phases must continue to be continued in parallel with the new phase. The strategy for implementing individual phases of the works must not cause total communication paralysis of built-up areas. The connection of subsequent phases must be organizationally solved in a way that ensures the smooth flow of road traffic, taking into account the introduction of convenient shortest detours – in case of the need for sectional implementation of works with complete closure from traffic, if such a need arises. 7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract/scope of work necessary to be carried out can be found in: 1) Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ (covering the entire task); 2) Design and technical documentation, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ, which includes: technical documentation, agreements, projects of permanent traffic organization, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, work items and tender cost estimates, post-construction inventory of the works carried out in 2025 as part of the partial PHASE I, as well as a description of the requirements regarding the execution, delivery and installation of information boards – with a breakdown into phases: c) within the scope of PHASE I – Annex No. 6.1 to SWZ; d) within the scope of PHASE II – Annex No. 6.2 to SWZ; e) within the scope of PHASE III – Annex No. 6.3 to SWZ; f) within the scope of PHASE IV – Annex No. 6.4 to SWZ; g) within the scope of PHASE Vm (covering bridge works) – Annex No. 6.5.M to SWZ; h) within the scope of PHASE Vd (covering road works) – Annex No. 6.5.D to SWZ; i) within the scope of PHASE VI – Annex No. 6.6 to SWZ; j) within the scope of PHASE VII – Annex No. 6.7 to SWZ; k) within the scope of PHASE VIII – Annex No. 6.8 to SWZ; l) within the scope of PHASE IX – Annex No. 6.9 to SWZ; m) within the scope of PHASE X – Annex No. 6.10 to SWZ. 8. The task entitled "Repair of the county road (formerly voivodeship road 366) in km 0+000 ÷ km 3+974 and in km 7+505 ÷ km 24+176 with a total length of 19 505 m (excluding the section km 13+500 ÷ km 14+640)" is co-financed from the funds of the Government Road Development Fund. 9.
