The subject of the public contract is the procurement of 50 sets of night vision goggles for helicopter crews, including special tooling for aviation night vision goggles, sets of spare parts, cleaning and nitrogen filling equipment and filling adapter, and 2 units of test and measurement equipment for aviation night vision goggles, in case it is not possible to use the types KMT Hoffman ANV-126A, ANV 20/20 and TS-4348 introduced in the Army of the Czech Republic, and the conduct of training for personnel in operation and maintenance. The completion time for the public contract is set for the year 2027. The detailed specification of the subject of the public contract will be stated in the Required Contractual Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "PSP"), which will be provided to the participants of the tender procedure pursuant to Section 200(3) of the Act. The contracting authority reserves the right to change – narrow down the subject of the public contract regarding the delivery of 2 units of test and measurement equipment for aviation night vision goggles. This requirement may be exercised by the buyer before the signature of the contract by both contracting parties.
