Architectural and electrical technological installation, reconstruction and restoration tasks to be carried out on the main distribution network and main distribution substations of the MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. full service area within the framework of the Dynamic Procurement System (DPS). The Invitation to Tender outlines in the procurement documents the tasks for which it wishes to establish a DPS. The Invitation to Tender, during the implementation of the DPS (DPS second part), based on the Kbt. 107. § (2) provision, shall make available to the tenderers included in the DPS, at the same time as the sending of the tender invitation sent in the second part of the DPS, the precise technical description, quantities and contractual conditions relating to the concrete procurements to be implemented in the system. The duration of the DPS: 48 months. The Invitation to Tender divides the participation section into categories, with the term "part" in the invitation to participate referring exclusively to technical matters, and under the parts the Invitation to Tender understands the category according to Kbt. 106. § (4) provision. The categories of the dynamic procurement system and the planned amount are as follows: 1. category: Substation construction and reconstruction: net 31 870 090 000,- Ft 2. category: Overhead line construction and reconstruction: net 15 930 800 042,- Ft The Invitation to Tender, based on Kbt. 107. § (2) provision, shall make available, at the same time as the sending of the tender invitation(s), the precise technical description and contractual conditions relating to the concrete procurements to be implemented in the system. The Invitation to Tender, based on Kbt. 107. § (2) provision, reserves the possibility that during the implementation of the DPS, at the same time as the sending of the tender invitation, it may determine a sub-tendering opportunity in the tender invitation for the concrete procurement need contained therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the concrete procurements.
