The procedure designation "Open Procedure" (Section IV.1.1) used in the present notice text is due to the requirements of the notice form. Neither this nor the use of the medium "TED" involves any submission to procurement regulations that are not obligatorily prescribed by law or procurement regulations. This is a framework agreement with an accession option, relating to various active substances.
