Ireland – Recruitment services – CFT to establish a To establish a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of Recruitment Services – Executive Search, General and Specialist Recruitment

Through the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement ("Framework Agreement"), the successful tenderer(s) ("Framework Members") will be required to work with Research Ireland in the sourcing, assessment, selection and placement activities as described in detail in Appendix 1 to this CFT “Requirements and Specifications” for a diverse range of roles that arise across Research Ireland. Research Ireland invites tenders for the establishment of a Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of recruitment and personnel placement services across the organisation, including executive search, general recruitment and specialist recruitment, and encompassing permanent, fixed-term/specified-purpose and temporary staffing requirements. The Framework Agreement will replace the current Framework Agreement for recruitment services. For the avoidance of doubt, Agency Staff placed under the current framework agreement will continue to be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to that Framework until the termination of the employment.
