Creation of a dynamic procurement system, the subject of which is the preparation of economic and financial analyses related to the projects planned to be implemented under Pécs Megyei Jogú Város TOP_Plusz-6.2.1-23 "Sustainable Competitive Urban Development", TOP_Plusz-3.4.1-23 "Sustainable Human Infrastructure", and TOP_Plusz-1.3.2-23 "Sustainable Urban Development". The Invitation to Tender provides a precise technical description - in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act - and the exact contractual conditions for the concrete public procurement to be implemented in the DBR, and makes these available to the tenderers participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. The invited tenderers, in possession of this, submit their tenders during the tendering phase! During the DBR period, further information on the tasks related to the economic and financial analysis to be prepared for the implementation of the public procurement is not yet available and also depends on the emergence of the actual procurement needs and the availability of financial resources.
