1. The procedure is conducted to conclude a Framework Agreement with selected Contractors, specifying the conditions and rules for orders that may be placed during its validity, hereinafter referred to as "individual orders". 2. The subject of the procurement is the delivery of cleaning and hygiene articles to the premises of the National Centre for Nuclear Research in Otwock for a period of 24 months from the conclusion of the framework agreement. 3. The subject description and the list of the planned assortment for purchase are described in Volume III SWZ (OPZ). The subject of the procurement includes a sample assortment that the Buyer intends to order within individual orders for a period of 24 months from the conclusion of the framework agreement. The conditions for the implementation of the framework agreement are specified in Volume II SWZ PPUR (Draft Framework Agreement Terms). 4. Any indication in Volume III SWZ (OPZ) of a symbol, name, or manufacturer is intended to define the class of the product, its quality, and to establish the product standard, but does not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer. 5. The indication of estimated quantities of the procurement subject by the Buyer does not constitute a commitment by the Buyer to purchase all the indicated positions and in the indicated quantities, therefore, Contractors do not have any claims in this regard. The Buyer also reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of the assortment beyond that indicated in Volume III SWZ OPZ.
