a. The provision of an on-premise storage and compute solution (S&C-infra)

b. All hardware (ICT-components) to be provided as part of the ICT-performance will become the property of the municipality of Amersfoort.

c. The provision of a backup solution for the on-premise environment with a minimum capacity of 523TB.

d. The provision of a backup solution for the M365 environment.

e. The retention and consultation of the current M365 backup solution data until 1 February 2030

f. The design and setup of what is included under a, b, c and d;

g. The implementation of what is included under a, b, c and d;

h. The complete transition from the current environment to the new storage, compute and on-premise backup solution.

i. The setup and execution of management and maintenance relating to the new storage, compute, on-premise backup.

j. The setup and execution of management and maintenance relating to the M365 backup solution.

- capacity for 300 virtual machines that have a minimum capacity of 8TB memory (excluding SQL and Oracle cluster)

- logical storage of at least 100TB

- where the storage environment must be able to handle a peak load of at least 130,000 Read IOPS or 85,000 mixed IOPS

- and the latency of the environment must not be higher than 5ms round trip.
