Denmark – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Totalrådgivning til Fremtidens Brøndby Strand, Bymidte Øst

The procurement process includes a consultancy agreement for Bygherres procurement of total consultancy services regarding infrastructure for Fremtidens Brøndby Strand Bymidte Øst. The consultancy agreement covers the establishment of the road infrastructure in Bymidten Øst, including Loop, Hovedstrøg and Stationsvejen as well as adjacent urban spaces, squares and alleys. The project is approved by the municipal council with a total project frame of 55 million DKK, see agenda item 1198 of 8 October 2025. The total consultancy services cover all design, procurement and supervision services from project proposal to 5-year follow-up, see ABR 18 and Service Description for Construction 2019 (YBA 19), total consultancy variant. The consultant must deliver a professionally integrated solution that combines road and traffic expertise with urban spaces, landscape, planting, lighting, special pavements, local drainage/LAR, cable coordination and traffic management during construction. The task involves designing streets in a dense urban context with commercial activities on the ground floor, recessed waste containers, cycle parking, pedestrian and play streets with recommended speeds of 20 km/h, as well as squares, streets and safety-enhancing lighting as an integrated part of a coherent urban space sequence. Additionally, a distribution road with separate cycle paths and pavements is designed. The consultant delivers project materials and handles ongoing project management, design management, IT and BIM coordination on Bygherres Dalux-platform, review, quality assurance and authority coordination with Brøndby Kommunes road and environmental authorities, police, utility owners, Movia, emergency services and other relevant third parties. Furthermore, specialist supervision and site management are included in the execution phase as well as delivery with as-built documentation and 1- and 5-year follow-up inspections.
