Netherlands – Electrical machinery, apparatus, equipment and consumables; lighting – Levering technische materialen en gereedschappen VRGZ

The Veiligheidsregio Gelderland-Zuid (VRGZ) intends to contract one or more suppliers for the delivery of MRO items (Maintenance, Repair and Operations). These include, among other things, consumable and usable items, installation materials, fittings and workshop-related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). These items are collectively referred to as MRO items in this document. The VRGZ aims to contract a limited number of one-stop-shop suppliers. Where possible, one supplier is contracted per lot. The scope of the Framework Agreement is based on the Spend analysis of the Contracting Authority. In addition, a safety margin of 30% is maintained, due to geopolitical reasons (price increases) and unforeseen circumstances, to prevent us from exhausting this within the maximum term of the Framework Agreements. The maximum scope of the Framework Agreements: • Lot 1: Installation materials: € 800,000, - incl. VAT. • Lot 2: Consumable and usable items: € 700,000, - incl. VAT. The Contracting Authority can however give no guarantee for the number of orders to be placed and the expected turnover for the coming contract period. Applicants cannot derive any rights from the figures provided in the tender documents.
