The currently used consolidation solution, SAP SEM-BCS, for creating the consolidated financial statement (legal consolidation) as well as the financial statistics (profit center consolidation) and the subsequent reporting in SAP BW, is only regularly maintained by the manufacturer until 31 December 2027. A paid extension of the maintenance period is only possible until the end of 2030. Therefore, there is a need to introduce a new consolidation solution using SAP, including reporting, and to integrate it unchanged via a standard interface into the financial reporting tool (SAP Disclosure Management). The successor solution for creating the legal consolidation as well as the financial statistics (profit center consolidation) is SAP Group Reporting. In addition, the reporting is to be set up with SAP applications available in the canton. The reports are to be evaluated for analysis purposes with the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in for Microsoft Excel, and on the other hand, they are to be integrated into SAP Disclosure Management for the creation of the financial reporting. Additionally, the solution includes the optional data migration of historical closing data from the current systems (SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW). After the replacement of the current solution, a media-break-free financial reporting is to be possible again. The subject of the submission is the procurement of a supplier who has the necessary professional and technical competencies to introduce the new consolidation solution, consisting of the components consolidation with SAP Group Reporting, reporting and integration in SAP Disclosure Management (hereinafter referred to as the "new consolidation solution") in the financial administration. In addition, data migration is to be provided.
