The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and supply of office materials and articles for the Silesian Police garrison units. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (minimum parameters, minimum warranty period and estimated quantities) is in Annex No. 3 to SWZ - price list with a description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority may cancel the procurement procedure pursuant to Article 257 of the Act, if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted. Settlement will be made on the basis of the actual deliveries made successively according to the needs of the Contracting Authority, at the offered gross unit prices, subject to § 7 of the draft contract terms.
