Germany – Telecommunications services – Gigabitförderungsprojekt in der Verbandsgemeinde Adenau

The aim of the measure is to enable the provision of investment grants to connect the still underserved subscribers located in the Verbandsgemeinde Adenau to a Gigabit network, in accordance with No. 3.1 of the "Gigabit Guideline 2.0 of 13.01.2025. A total of approximately 2,569 addresses are to be connected. The connection to the Gigabit network is to be available to all designated subscribers, i.e. 100% of the subscriber connections in the expansion area, which are currently underserved in accordance with the Gigabit Framework Regulation. After the network expansion and commissioning, the subscribers in the expansion area are to have a transmission rate of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical (downstream/upstream) each.
