Romania – School catering services – Achiziție servicii de catering în cadrul Programului Naţional "MASA SĂNĂTOASĂ" pentru preșcolarii și elevii Liceului Teoretic ”Radu Vlădescu” - Orașul Pătârlagele, Judeţul Buzău

The Municipality of Pătârlagele provides, free of charge, food support, in the form of hot meals according to the minimum technical specifications in the Terms of Reference and the annexed documentation, in a catering regime, served in the classroom or in the form of food packages in case of suspension of in-person classes, for preschoolers and students attending the courses of the state pre-university education unit in Pătârlagele, the "Radu Vlădescu" Theoretical High School within the National "HEALTHY TABLE" Program for the duration of the courses in the calendar year 2026, under the conditions established by this Program and the applicable legislation in the field. The maximum price per portion is 14,86 lei without VAT. Estimated number of portions/day: 1190. Number of days: 69 in the year 2026, with the contract to be supplemented with another 160 days (of which 90 relating to the second semester of the school year 2026 - 2027, and 70 relating to the first semester of the school year 2027 - 2028) in case the program continues in the year 2027. Estimated number of portions to be delivered: 82,110 in the year 2026, with the contract to be supplemented with another 190,400 units (of which 107,100 units relating to the second semester of the school year 2026 - 2027, and 83,300 units relating to the first semester of the school year 2027 - 2028) in case the program continues in the year 2027. Contract duration: from the date of signing, until the end of the calendar year 2026 with the possibility of extension until the end of the school year 2025-2026 / end of the calendar year 2027.
