The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts in accordance with Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Lanthan(III)-carbonate (ATC: V03AE03 - in the form of chewable tablets) within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". Under the condition of uniform contractual terms and a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or joining of a discount contract under Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or medicinal products. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed and signed the requested participation documents in full.
