France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Exploitation des installations de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation dans divers bâtiments de la ville de Versailles, du Centre communal d'action sociale (CCAS) de Versailles et de la Communauté d'agglomération de Versailles Grand Parc (CA VGP)

The consultation, launched via a framework agreement coordinated by the City of Versailles, concerns a service and supply contract (PFS) for certain sites covered by the contract, and a performance-based contract (PFI) for the rest of the sites, without the supply of fuel. The services are as follows: P2 (maintenance, operation, monitoring and control of technical installations, including supply of water treatment products), P3GER (major maintenance, renewal and total guarantee of installations), P5 (ancillary works), and P3P (mandatory works). They consist of a fixed, lump-sum part (P2, P3GER, P3P) and a part on call-off orders (overlap period, P5). Contract duration: 5 years and 7 months firm from its notification, renewable 2 times for 1 year. Maximum total amount: 8 572 300 euro(s) excluding tax, over the total duration (renewals included), all services included and all entities of the framework agreement included.
