Czechia – Primary school construction work – ZŠ J. Vodňanského - stavba

The subject of the public contract is the execution and provision of all works necessary for the construction, completion and commissioning of the building „ZŠ J. Vodňanského - stavba“, which is the result of construction and assembly works and related project and engineering activities creating a single unit that is sufficient in itself to fulfill an economic or technical function, and this in the scope specified by the Tender Documentation including annexes. The subject of the work is not only the new construction of the elementary school in Prague 7, but also the modifications of the surrounding areas. The work will be realized in the scope of the Project Documentation for the new construction of the school, which is Annex No. 6.a and 6.b of this TD and in accordance with: - Decision of the Building Authority of the Prague 7 Municipal Office dated 30. 12. 2024, No. MČ P7 216725/2024/SU/Vm, the subject of which is the approval of the building intent of the above-mentioned construction and the permission of the exception for this construction; - Decision of the Prague City Magistrate, Building Authority Department dated 18. 9. 2025, No. MHMP 957115/2025, the subject of which is the joint permission of the intent of the above-mentioned construction, the permission of the exception from the requirements of Decree No. 389/2009 Coll., and the permission to cut down trees with the obligation of compensatory planting, (hereinafter also as „Decision“) and all binding opinions for issuing the decision on the permission of the building intent and the realization of the construction.
