Poland – Sports fields maintenance services – „Kompleksowa obsługa klienta i bieżące utrzymanie infrastruktury sportowo-rekreacyjnej ośrodka narciarskiego”

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a comprehensive service in the field of customer service and ongoing maintenance of the sports and recreational infrastructure of the BIESZCZAD.ski Wańkowa ski centre, with the provision of human resources (persons meeting specified requirements and possessing specified competencies and experience). The service covered by the contract includes in particular: 1) comprehensive customer service and conducting activities in the field of providing sports and recreational services using the provided infrastructure, 2) ensuring medical cover for the ski centre by a qualified team of ski patrollers in the amount of at least 2 persons during the centre's working hours, 3) maintenance of the infrastructure and keeping it in no worse condition (taking into account wear and tear resulting from current operation) and managing its operation, 4) servicing the snowmaking infrastructure and maintaining the ski slope. The detailed scope of the service is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Draft contract). The Purchaser envisages a maximum of 90 days of customer service provision using the infrastructure (a guaranteed minimum for the Contractor is 70 days) and a maximum of 350 hours of snowmaking service in each winter season. The Purchaser may decide to change (shorten or extend) the period for which the services will be provided, as well as to suspend their provision, in the event of circumstances specified in § 13 of the Agreement.
