The number of days within which requests for clarifications may be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned will put the AC in a position to not be able to provide a response and, as a consequence, it will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
