Belgium – Software package and information systems – Mededingingsprocedure met onderhandeling voor de aanstelling van AI Implementatiepartners via Raamovereenkomst met Minicompetitie

This contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with multiple contractors for tasks within the scope of software development with prominent AI components designed on the Microsoft Azure infrastructure of ZAS. The scope of the contract may include activities that take place throughout the full lifecycle trajectory: from business analysis and architecture to development, maintenance and support of AI solutions within the Azure environment of ZAS. The aim is to achieve sustainable, future-proof and manageable solutions that optimally meet the needs of the hospital. The contract will be awarded via a competitive procedure with negotiation, with the application of mini-competitions for specific call-off contracts.
