The subject of the contract is the supply of network devices with after-sales service and software – divided into 5 parts. The contracting authority declares that, as a data administrator and having regard to the provisions of the Act of 10.5.2018 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the risks identified by it and providing assurance of the proper protection of personal data transmitted as part of the procedure. The detailed information clause under Article 13 of the GDPR is included in the SWZ.
