The Swedish Agency for Health Technology Assessment and Assessment of Social Services, SBU, intends to procure a framework agreement for consultancy services to support the authority in its work to strengthen and develop the authority's operational and strategic capabilities in leadership, governance, risk management and regulatory compliance. The procurement covers consultancy services in the following service areas: · Authority leadership and governance · Organisational method and process development · Data protection and information security · General administrative legal advice (e.g. advice on public access to information and confidentiality and other administrative law) · Legal advice in relation to the Contracting Authority's mandate at both national and EU level in relation to the new EU legal framework for Member States to jointly assess the relative effectiveness and safety of new medicines and medical technology.
