Germany – Business and management consultancy services – Unterstützung Neuorganisation der Trinkwasserver- und Abwasserentsorgung im Verbund der Stadtwerke Potsdam

The subject of the procurement procedure is the award of a framework agreement for external consulting and support services for the reorganisation of the drinking water supply and wastewater disposal in the Stadtwerke Potsdam group. The services include, in particular, project management/PMO, scenario analysis, target image development, transformation roadmap, organisational and economic assessment, support for possible carve-out/carve-in scenarios, IT/data migration, personnel/works council issues, change management, communication, and the preparation of decision-making documents for management and committees. The service is to be provided on a modular and scenario-dependent basis. The call-off will be made exclusively on the basis of separate individual call-offs or released work packages from the framework agreement.
