This contract concerns the integration (implementation) and provision of a time and activity planning and management solution, as well as the associated services. The solution is designed to help Aéroports de Paris simplify time management and optimize resource planning in line with operational needs. Here are some of the main objectives and uses of the solution:

- Schedule optimization: The solution must help to create and adapt work schedules to meet operational needs, taking into account the skills (technical, functional, operational) of employees, and legal or contractual constraints.

- Resource planning: The solution must facilitate workforce planning by assigning employees to tasks based on their skills (technical, functional, operational), availability, and priorities.

- Recording of working hours/time: The solution must allow for the recording/declaration of employees' working hours, breaks, leave, and overtime, and on this basis, calculate variable elements to feed into payroll.

- Leave/RTT management: The solution must allow employees to request leave and/or other types of absence, and HR/Managers to approve them, while maintaining an overview of staff availability.

- Employee/Manager Portal: The solution must provide real-time access to time management information (entitlements, schedules, etc.) for employees and managers regarding their teams, including through a mobile application.

- Regulatory compliance: The solution must enable ADP to comply with current and evolving regulations on working time through ad hoc work controls and to ensure compliance by accurately and transparently recording working hours.
