Municipality of Veenendaal is publishing a European public procurement notice for the rental of temporary staff (up to scale 8) for the Client Contact Centre. Telephony forms the primary area of need; civil affairs form a secondary, supplementary area of deployment. A fixed flex pool of 6 to 10 employees is requested, ready for quick deployment in case of illness, vacancies, or peak periods. The contract will be awarded to one contractor by means of a framework agreement with an initial term of two years, with the possibility of three unilateral extensions of one year each by the municipality.
