Poland – Insurance services – UBEZPIECZENIE FAZY BUDOWY ORAZ FAZY OPERACYJNEJ BLOKU KOGENERACYJNEGO PRZY UL. ŻELAZNEJ 7 W RADOMIU NR SPRAWY 45/50/2026/MM

The subject of the contract is the insurance of the construction phase and the operational phase of the cogeneration block at ul. Żelaznej 7 in Radom in the following scope. 1.1. the investment phase, which includes the following insurances: (a) SECTION I – insurance of all construction and erection risks (CAR/EAR); (b) SECTION II – civil liability insurance (OC) (c) SECTION III – insurance of the Investor's loss of profit due to delay in completion of the Investment (ALOP/DSU). 1.2. the operational phase, which includes the following insurances: (a) SECTION IV – all risks property insurance / machinery breakdown insurance (AR/MB); (b) SECTION V – all risks loss of profit insurance / machinery loss of profit insurance (BI/MLOP).
