The head office is in Hannover. The KKH intends to renegotiate the contract for the ambulatory supply of blood glucose test strips to insured persons in accordance with § 31 SGB V. Interested service providers can request the binding contractual documents by stating their institution identification number (IK) at the following email address: [email protected]. Market participants have until 31.05.2026 to submit price offers to the KKH. The basis for the price offers and any contractual negotiations is the KKH's draft contract. This can also be requested by referring to this notice via the above email address. If the contractual negotiations/price offers result in a contract being concluded, this will be concluded as a so-called accession contract. The contract is therefore not exclusive. Any service provider will be able to accede to the contract. For this purpose, the KKH will announce the conclusion of the contract immediately throughout Europe.
