Scope of the tender

The service of owner and stakeholder communication is being tendered. Core tasks (mandatory details and allocations are to be taken from the specification) include, among others, communication with owners and holders of public interests, documentation of ownership structures, as well as evidence collection and documentation. The handling of owner and stakeholder management was divided into a total of six lots in the original tender "T140008". Due to a replacement measure, the following Lot 1 is to be re-awarded:

Lot 1: Cluster Unterweser (Systems BalWin4 & LanWin1) - km 00+000 to km 37+000

The subject of the tender are the outstanding services for the completion of the project in Lot 1. Some of the services have already been carried out. To ensure project progress, interim services are currently being provided. The scope of this tender therefore includes only the residual services described in the tender documents. Information on the current project status and the interfaces to existing services can be found in the tender documents. This is the award of residual services within an already ongoing project. To ensure project progress and to avoid further delays, the tendering procedure will be carried out with shortened deadlines. Please familiarise yourself in good time with the sections "Deadlines", "Questionnaire - Documents", "Messages" and "Question & Answer".

Tender documents

After successful registration, you will find the freely accessible documents that are part of the tender documents. A signed NDA (English: "non-disclosure agreement") is required for this. Confidentiality agreement / NDA

To protect the confidentiality of the client's information in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement (NDA, English: "non-disclosure agreement") is to be concluded. Please use the document "NDA_EuStMgmt_BA4LA1" provided for download for this purpose. Please send a signed copy to the contact person given in Mercell. In addition to checking the signed NDA, TenneT will carry out a plausibility check to determine whether the interested party has a legitimate interest in accessing the tender documents. Further information can be found in the procedural guidelines.
