Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Grundhafte Erneuerung K 68 OD Schwabenrod * Planungsleistungen für Verkehrsanlagen nach § 45 HOAI und für Ingenieurbauwerke § 41 HOAI

Magistrat der Stadt AlsfeldGermanyPublished on Feb 24, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The planning area is located within the built-up area of Schwabenrod, a district of the town of Alsfeld, and is in the area of protected monuments (Note: Coordination with the monument protection authority is therefore mandatory and the resulting costs must be taken into account by the bidder in their offer). Bornstraße and Münch-Leuseler Straße are part of the district road 68 (K68), which is an important local traffic connection to the regional connecting road L3156. The L3156 provides direct access to the federal road B254 via the locality of Schreckbach and via a section of the state road L3145 to the federal road B62 in Alsfeld. Furthermore, this is a section of the regional connecting road for the B454. The built-up area to be reconstructed therefore fulfils an essential function for supra-local and regional through traffic. The built-up area in question is a road of category HS III according to the guideline for integrated network design. The current maximum permitted speed in the locality is 50 km/h. Along the route, there are two bus stops that are not yet barrier-free. The planning area in question includes the comprehensive renewal and expansion of the built-up area. The footpaths within the built-up area, hereinafter referred to as "ancillary facilities", are in the maintenance responsibility of the town of Alsfeld. The supply lines are the responsibility of the suppliers (Stadtwerke Alsfeld). The contractor awarded with the contract advertised here must plan the renewal of the drinking water pipe including the service connections and the renewal of the sewerage including the service connections. The exact scope is to be designed on the basis of a camera inspection and agreed with the client. The carriageway and footpath facilities currently show strong deformations, cracking and patching in some areas. The existing carriageway width is between 5.50 m and 6.50 m. The cross-section currently consists of an asphalted carriageway. The existing footpath facilities are predominantly constructed in asphalt. The footpaths are not barrier-free and fall below the minimum width of 1.50 m in confined spaces. The aim of the construction measure is to increase traffic safety, optimise pedestrian crossings and improve accessibility. In this context, the pedestrian facilities should be dimensioned sufficiently according to their use and footpaths should preferably be provided on both sides.
