France – Mechanical spare parts except engines and engine parts – FOURNITURE ET LIVRAISON DE PIECES DETACHEES POUR LE PARC DE VEHICULES, MATERIELS ET ENGINS DE CESSON-SEVIGNE

The subject of the present contract is the supply and delivery of spare parts intended for the repair and maintenance of the fleet of vehicles, equipment and materials of the City of Cesson-Sévigné. This framework agreement defines all the conditions for the performance of the services. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the buyer. The present consultation concerns lots no. 1, 2, 7 and 9. It is launched following: the termination for reasons of public interest of lot no. 1 of the previous contract relating to equivalent spare parts for multi-brand light vehicles (LV) and utility vehicles (UV); the failure of lots no. 2 and 7 in the previous consultation; the abandonment of lot no. 9 relating to the supply of batteries for the entire fleet. This relaunch is to ensure the continuity of the supply of spare parts necessary for the maintenance, repair and maintenance of the fleet, while ensuring compliance with the principles and obligations set out in article L3 of the Public Procurement Code.
