The framework agreement primarily covers building services in areas such as carpentry, masonry and plastering, tiling etc. and concerns event-driven and quickly arising works. The framework agreement may also cover works or projects where the Purchaser assesses that the work has a short planning horizon and that operational-critical reasons or other objective circumstances with significant customer benefit motivate call-off. The framework agreement also applies to damage repairs, such as, for example, fire and water damage.
