As part of the new workshop concept for the U-Bahn of BVG and the procurement of new trains of the J/JK series, the workshop and storage capacities for small and large profiles will be renovated and expanded on three properties. For this purpose, on the existing property "Betriebswerkstatt Grunewald", in the district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, the workshop hall C for the small profile will be newly constructed. The scope of the new hall includes: - Hall, ground area approx. 124 m x 54 m, single-storey, with the following usage areas: - Workshop area with an 8-car track as an electrical test field and a 4-car track, with inspection pits, approx. 1 460 m² - Storage facility, with seven 8-car tracks, approx. 3 500 m² - Storage areas, approx. 405 m² - Training and office area with social and sanitary rooms approx. 600 m² - Technical rooms for building supply - Traffic facilities: track facilities for all tracks in the building and in the outdoor area, incl. renewal of track crossing and connection to the existing track fan, contact rails and provision for the installation of the traction power system - Outdoor facilities, incl. new construction of pavement - Technical facilities in the outdoor area

The subject of the tendering procedure are all construction services as well as proportionate planning services which are necessary for the completion of the described services in a turnkey and operational ready condition: - On the basis of a functional performance description, all performance images with an associated execution planning (LPH5 according to HOAI) are described. The contractor will, in addition to the execution services, also take over the outstanding planning services, inter alia, to complete the execution planning. The contractor will assume the function of a general contractor with all execution services and proportionate planning services to be provided. The property is deemed to have planning permission. The details of the services will be further explained in the deposited general project description and the tender documents. The demolition of the existing hall is not the subject of this tender.
