Germany – Structural shell work – Neubau Feuerwehrhaus Löschzug Berg

In the construction project "Neubau Feuerwehrhaus Löschzug Berg" in Ettlingen-Schöllbronn, the building is a two-story structure with partial basement and an adjacent single-story vehicle hall. The building will be constructed as a hybrid timber building. The vehicle hall walls, the escape staircase, the basement, and the foundation components will be executed in reinforced concrete. Further load-bearing walls will be created as timber-framed walls with plywood and/or ribbed ceilings. Non-load-bearing walls will be created as drywall or, in the basement, as calcium silicate masonry. The building has dimensions of approximately 30x33 m and a height of 6.90 m and 8.15 m.
