Finland – Repair, maintenance and associated services related to railways and other equipment – Tka7 ratakuorma-autojen täyskorjaukset

The Helsinki City Transport (HKL) (Pääkaupunkiseudun kaupunkiliikenne Oy assists in the implementation of the procurement) procures as a service the full overhaul of Tka7 rail trucks. The subject of the full overhaul to be procured is one (1) Tka7 rail truck. In addition, the full overhaul for three (3) similar Tka7 rail trucks is procured as an option, with a decision on the redemption of each of the three optionally procured repairs being made separately. The condition of the rail trucks is mainly original, with the possible exception of some minor modifications. The rail trucks were manufactured at VR's machine shop in the years 1980-87. As an option, a pump for lubrication in the slow speed of the axle drive is also procured for installation in the rail trucks. After the full overhauls, all four rail trucks must be as uniform as possible for the users, i.e., the couplings and control devices must be in the same places, if the three full overhauls procured as an option are ordered. The full overhauls are ordered and carried out one vehicle at a time. Pääkaupunkiseudun kaupunkiliikenne Oy represents Helsinki City Transport in matters related to the provision of services in accordance with the agreement.
