Description

Technical equipment, plant groups 4, 5 and 6 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 2-3 and 5-6 and 8-9 for the construction of a pavilion facility for the primary school at Hirschbergstraße 33, 80634 Munich. The state capital Munich plans the new construction of a Mobile Space Unit (MRE) as a temporary accommodation for various schools on the outdoor sports facilities of the primary school Hirschbergstraße 33. The MRE is to be constructed in timber system construction by a general contractor (GU). No building plan is available. Due to the planned period of use, an unlimited building permit is required. The requirements for climate-friendly construction are to be observed. The new building is to be designed for two school types with different usage requirements. Initially, the local primary school is to be relocated to the temporary accommodation for the duration of the general renovation with extension. Subsequently, the temporary partial relocation of a neighbouring grammar school is planned. If possible, open spaces of the existing school, e.g. playground and car park, are also to be used by the MRE. The aim is to manage without the need for conversion work when changing the school orientation, if possible. Depending on the framework conditions, the final dimensioning of the MRE is to be coordinated. A design according to the corridor school principle is aimed for, without a learning house concept. Due to the inner-city location and impairments by traffic noise, special requirements for noise protection are to be expected. The temporary accommodation is to be created on the southern part of the entire site. Currently, outdoor sports and lawn play areas as well as a publicly accessible green and play area separated from them are located there. The site area provided for the MRE is largely level and surrounded by protected trees and shrubs. The northern adjacent area with school playground and car park is slightly lower and separated by means of a listed enclosure (wall) or fences. According to a land study carried out in 2024, a three-storey building with a gross floor area of approx. 4,050 m² is to be expected. The planned site area of the MRE is approx. 3,550 m² plus approx. 600 m² public green and play area. The entire site including the building is approx. 12,870 m².
