The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of a contractor to provide preventive medical examinations and tests for employees at the TPP of NOI – Burgas. The type of preventive medical examinations and tests is determined in accordance with Appendix No. 5 to Art. 8 of Ordinance No. 3 of 28.02.1987 on the mandatory preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers, Art. 9 of Ordinance No. 7 of 15.08.2005 on the minimum requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions when working with video display units and the proposal of the occupational health service. The preventive medical examinations are carried out for all employees of the territorial unit, the list of which, at the time of preparation of the technical specification, amounts to a forecast of 150 employees, of which 134 are women and 16 are men. This is the maximum number of employees subject to preventive medical examinations, with the contracting authority not committing to specify the exact number of employees who will be examined.
