The contract aims to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of three employment agencies and has the objective of making temporary staff available in a flexible manner whenever the contracting authority wishes to call upon them to meet its specific needs. Within the framework agreement, the contracting authority can purchase the following services: - Temporary employment with selection and recruitment by the employment agency; - Temporary employment with selection and recruitment by IVAREM (payroll); - Selection with a view to immediate permanent employment; - Flexi jobs (free option).
