The service of specialist planning TA is being tendered within a negotiated procedure with a selection stage for the performance phases 2, 3 and 5 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4). Please note the published task description (file "0283-26 Aufgabenstellung.pdf") for the scope of the planning. For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation), the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence by the set deadline is required. The best-suited candidates selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage will be participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidding procedure). In the second stage, the sketch design is to be prepared and submitted with the first offer. Negotiations will continue based on the first offer. After submission of the final non-negotiable offers, bidders will be invited to a presentation to personally present themselves to a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required, and will not be evaluated.
