Romania – Software supply services – Implementare SAP S/4HANA

General Object: consists of services for implementing the SAP S/4HANA platform (lot 1, lot 2, lot 3) and licensing services (lot 4) for the companies in the PPC Romania Group, through a migration program from the current SAP EHP7 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 platform to SAP S/4HANA. The current version of SAP ECC will become obsolete starting from 31.12.2027, which necessitates the adoption of a new technological platform to ensure operational continuity and long-term support. The implementation will be carried out using the SAP Activate methodology, the standard methodological framework recommended by SAP for S/4HANA implementations. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day, before the deadline for submitting participation requests, in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law 99/2016 on sectoral procurement. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/applications=19.
