The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum quantity for all the lots, with the exception of lots 66, 92, 111, 134, which have a minimum and maximum quantity. It is awarded under the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period starting from the later of the two dates: 29/03/2027 or the date indicated upon notification, until 31/01/2029. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its expiry. The number of renewal periods is set at 2. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 48 months. Each lot is the subject of a framework agreement awarded to a single economic operator, with the exception of lots 66, 92, 111, 134, which are multi-awarded. Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The coordinator is: CHU de Bordeaux M.LE DIRECTEUR (Support Establishment of the GHT Alliance Gironde). It is responsible for the award, signature and notification of the framework agreement. Each member must monitor the execution of the framework agreement. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
