Czechia – Tyres for motor cars – DNS - NÁKUP PNEUMATIK 2026

The subject of the tender procedure is the operation of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter “DNS”) for the award of public contracts for the supply of tyres and tubes for the needs of the contracting authority Vojenské lesy a statky ČR, s.p. The DNS is divided into 3 categories. The tender procedure for this above-threshold public contract is carried out in the form of a restricted procedure pursuant to § 58 and further § 138 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter the “Act”). In accordance with § 140 of the Act, the Contracting Authority will include in the DNS suppliers who submit a request to participate in accordance with the requirements of the Act and the Contracting Authority and thus meet the conditions for inclusion in the DNS. After the DNS is established, the Contracting Authority will award public contracts in the DNS pursuant to § 141 of the Act. The DNS will be established for a fixed period until 30.6.2027. The supplier has the right to submit their request to participate at any time throughout the duration of the DNS. Together with the request to participate, the supplier submits documents to prove the fulfilment of the qualification. The fulfilment also includes the return collection and ecological disposal of used tyres and tubes.
