Germany – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Johannesschule - Neubau Zweifeldsporthalle, Planungsleistungen für Technische Anlagen

The Johannes-Schule is a 5- to 6-stream community primary school in the Königsdorf district of Frechen. The school has a single-court sports hall, which will be demolished due to structural defects and replaced by a new double-court sports hall. This tender seeks a contractor for the planning of the technical building services for the new sports hall. The contract includes basic and special services of phases 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI in the plant groups 410/420/430/440/450/480. As part of the services, a functional performance specification is to be developed - in cooperation with the other planners - on the basis of which a general contractor is to be tendered for the implementation of the construction measure.
