France – Brooms – FABRICATION DE BALAIS POUR LES MOTEURS DE TRACTION DU METRO DE LA REGIE DES TRANSPORTS METROPOLITAINS

1/ The services to be provided are described and carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Particular Conditions of Contract (CCP) attached to this Notice of Public Procurement. 2/ The present public contract is awarded according to a negotiated procedure, in application of articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Public Procurement Code. 3/ This is a framework agreement in the sense of articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. 4/ The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for needs for which all contractual stipulations are not set in the documents of the framework agreement. 5/ In application of article R2162-4 of the Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its duration (5 years) of 450,000.00 euros excl. VAT. 6/ This is an industrial public contract which refers to the General Administrative Conditions applicable to industrial public contracts (CCAG/MI), approved by the order of 30 March 2021. 7/ The duration of the framework agreement is five years, firm, from its notification date.
