France – Audio-visual materials – Acquisition, location et réparation de matériels et d'accessoires audiovisuels pour les sites régionaux et les manifestations régionales

The services required are divided into 4 distinct lots: the acquisition, delivery, installation, cabling, commissioning, and, where applicable, training related to the audiovisual equipment intended for the sites of the Région Normandie and regional events (lots 1 to 3) and the rental, repair, and, where applicable, provision of technical services related to the operation of audiovisual equipment intended for the sites of the Région Normandie and for events organised by the Région Normandie (lot 4). This framework agreement is mixed. It sets all the conditions for the execution of the services, it is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the contracting authority and subsequent contracts are concluded. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include the totality of the renewal periods.
