Germany – Building construction work – Planung und Neubau der Grundschule und Zweifeldhalle in Uetze im Rahmen einer Gesamtvergabe

The municipality of Uetze intends to construct the replacement new build of the primary school and the two-court sports hall and the associated outdoor facilities at the existing primary school site in Uetze. The scope of services includes planning and construction, construction interim financing, the commissioning of the technical systems, and the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods as part of an overall contract awarded to a general contractor. The contracting authority will conduct a competitive dialogue procedure with a selection stage in accordance with § 3a EU Abs. 2 VOB/A.
