Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – BG Klinikum Hamburg - Neubau Bergedorf - Allianzpartner 2 - ARCH | Integrierte Gebäude-, Freianlagen- und Verkehrsplanung
Description
The subject of the project is the new construction of the Berufsgenossenschaftliches Klinikum at the Hamburg-Bergedorf site. This is to be fundamentally reorganized on its existing site of approximately 25.3 ha and developed into a forward-looking clinic campus with approximately 350 beds. The target sizes for the new construction comprise a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 66,000 sqm and a net usable floor area (NUF) of approximately 30,000 sqm. In addition, as part of the 2nd construction phase, an expansion of the rehabilitation offer by approximately 11,000 sqm is planned. Additionally, expansion areas of approximately 10,000 sqm are to be taken into account. This results in a total usable floor area of approximately 51,000 sqm. The aim of the planning is to create a modern health centre that combines outpatient and inpatient care in a functionally and spatially integrated new building and creates modern infrastructures as well as optimal working conditions for highly specialized medical care. At the centre is a top-level medicine with a rehabilitation mandate from a single source, which is consistently focused on long-term treatment success. The clinic campus reflects the diverse medical service spectrum of the site. It includes, in particular, the areas of diagnostics and therapy for inpatient and outpatient care as well as further functional and usage areas, including for research and teaching, development, supply and disposal, other facilities (e.g. MVZ and supply technology) as well as the open spaces. Further information on the floor areas as well as on the room programme and on the functional and spatial affinities within the room programme (operational organisation planning) will be provided with the invitation to tender. The planning is to create an economical, flexible and future-proof hospital structure that combines the most modern medical care with the principles of Healing Architecture. With the new construction, a landscape-related clinic campus is to be created, which provides a healing environment for patients and attractive working conditions for employees.
