Finland – Research laboratory services – Talous- ja jätevesinäytteiden sekä elintarvike-, sisäilma-, pintapuhtaus- ja uimavesinäytteiden tutkimuspalvelut

Savonlinna City Procurement Services invites tenders for laboratory analysis services covering the following sample types:

- food samples

- swimming area and swimming pool water samples

- surface hygiene and indoor air samples

- potable water samples (including both monitoring and regulatory samples)

- waste water samples (incoming, outgoing and process effluent, composting leachate samples and discharge water samples)

The service includes:

- laboratory analysis of samples

- delivery of analysis results to the client in electronic form

- transportation of samples to the laboratory

- expert opinions on results interpretation, if necessary

- sample collection services for a part of potable and waste water discharge samples as well as swimming pool water samples

The studies must comply with current regulatory requirements, standards, and directly applicable EU regulations, Finnish laws and decrees. The aim is to ensure high-quality, reliable and up-to-date analysis of samples for the city's regulatory monitoring and health protection needs.

The contract period is estimated to commence on 1 January 2027 and the contract will be made for an indefinite period. The notice period for the contract is six (6) months for both parties. The tender is binding and must be submitted in Finnish. The procurement process will be conducted entirely in Finnish.
